Leroy A 'Bec','Roy' Bechtol (December 28, 1893 – April 4, 1959) Leroy A, son of Abraham Lincoln Bechtol and Josephine Elizabeth (Gregory) Bechtol, was born in Alvordton Ohio and attended the schools of that time. He and his parents and brother Harry moved to Battle Creek about 1909. He never completed high school but did graduate from Michigan Business and Normal College in Battle Creek 20 Nov. 1911.
